We all may have to follow some different regulations due to COVID-19, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still celebrate. One of the best things you can do for your staff members to show you appreciate them is to throw a holiday party offsite.
Don’t Skip the Holiday Party
You may be tempted to skip the holiday party, but after an incredibly difficult year, we encourage you to put some sort of holiday gathering on the schedule. It will show your employees that you appreciate them, and it’ll be a great way to unwind, relieve some stress, and let go of some of the 2020 tension.

You spend all of your time at the office; why would you want to also host your holiday party at the office? Take the party offsite. This will provide an atmosphere that is both comfortable and festive, and does not remind employees of deadlines or office drama. Because you’ll be offsite, employees will naturally be able to relax more than they would in the office.
